David commenced as Officer In Effective Control & sole proprietor of Border Real Estate on the 1st of July 2019. He is benefited by 10 years as a qualified property valuer (as Director & shareholder), prior to taking over the reins at Border Real Estate. Dave also spent 10 years in the Dairy Industry.
David has worked extensively as a property valuer in the local area in the residential, commercial and rural sectors servicing a broad range of clients before expanding his service level coverage through most of South Eastern Australia in more recent times.
This experience has fast tracked his exposure to a broad range of transactions and helped hone his understanding around the key drivers of any transactions. His qualifications listed below ensure he is well placed to meet all of your property needs.
Kathy has been active in the local real estate sales market for over 30 years, specialising in residential and lifestyle properties. Her journey in Real Estate industry began earlier than that though when she started part time work in her father’s Real Estate Agency as a teenager. Kathy lives by the motto that “Service isn’t something, it’s everything”. Kathy is universally liked and respected which is a testament to her unwavering integrity and standards in the local marketplace over an extended period.
Over the time Kathy has owned her own agency business, sold local developments (Highlands Estate, Moira Park Estate, Perricoota Run, Tuscany Estate to name a few). Her local insight is second to none and she is regularly re-engaged by vendors multiple times on the strength of her past performance. Kathy has a unique ability to interpret the market and identify opportunities to maximise returns for vendors.
Kathy has lived in the Echuca-Moama district all her life and is surrounded by her extended family who enjoy nothing more than getting down to the river for a fish or ski. The local music festivals are a favourite and Kathy is also a local football/netball supporter.

Lisa brings 20 years of Customer Service experience to Border Real Estate. She has spent 5 years in the Real Estate industry earlier in her career. However, the last 13 years have been spent with the Bendigo Bank in various Customer Service/Lending roles. She’s enjoyed building great relationships and offering outstanding service. Lisa has a great understanding of the lending process which can assist those when purchasing their home.
She’s always committed to listening to her customers and ensuring the best outcome for them.
Outside of work Lisa is a busy Mum to 3 children & their four-legged friend. She enjoys travelling and embraces the lifestyle that the Echuca/Moama Region offers. Life would not be complete without spending time with her beloved family & friends.
