Tips to help you complete your rental application:

Please make sure that you fill in all sections of the Tenancy application form thoroughly, if you come across a section that does nor apply to you please explain why.
An application form must be completed by each person over the age of 18 years wishing to occupy the property
If your rental payments are being made by another party (i.e) employer) we will need a letter of guarantee from them.
If you receive payments from any other source than paid employment (i.e) Centrelink, Austudy etc you will need to provide statements to verify this.
Please make sure that you have signed the privacy disclosure

If you own your own home and have not rented previously, please provide us with a council rates notice or similar to prove ownership. If you are selling your home please provide us with the selling agents details.

After we have received you completed application form, and providing we can contact your nominated reference we will endeavor to advise you of the Landlord’s response within 2 business days after receiving your application. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a letter of confirmation of the Tenancy and the payments that will need to be paid.

The necessary payments that will need to be paid upon acceptance will be equal to one calendar month rental which would need to be paid within 48 hours of your tenancy being approved. The bond will be payable upon commencement of the tenancy.
